Our Story

Kinetic was founded by Michael Dillon in 2014 with one simple goal: to help people build healthier lives that actually last. After years of coaching, Michael saw how much confusion and pressure surrounded the fitness industry, especially for women who just wanted to feel better, not overhaul their entire lives.

That’s why Kinetic exists: to make fitness simpler, more supportive, and more sustainable. With over 200 members and a growing team of experienced coaches, we focus on what really works, clear guidance, coaching you can count on, and a welcoming environment where everyone belongs.
